In the app (fastest)
- Open RoundSix on your phone, or sign in at roundsix.app in any browser.
- Go to the You tab and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away. This can't be undone.
By email
If you can't sign in or no longer have the app, email hello@roundsix.app with the subject Delete my account. Send it from the email address on your account, or include the phone number you verified, so we can find it.
We may ask you to confirm it's you. We'll delete the account and reply within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, area, interests, age range, life stage, gender, bio and photo
- Your email address, phone number and sign-in
- Your circles, every answer you've given and your question-page answers
- Your messages, replies, hearts, plan responses and check-ins
- Your contact details, Your People and your keep-in-touch picks
- Your place in the matching queue and what RoundSix learned about your matches
- Your notification settings and device tokens
How long it takes

| Right away | Your account and the data above are deleted, and your name and answers are removed from your past circles. |
| Within 30 days | Any remaining copies in our systems are removed. Email requests are completed in this time too. |
| Within 90 days | Encrypted backups are overwritten. |
What we keep
- Safety records: reports and the reasons for a suspension are kept for 2 years, so people who break the rules can't simply start over.
- Analytics: counts and trends that don't identify you. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
- Legal: anything the law requires us to keep, only for as long as it requires.
Answers you shared publicly as a story card stay wherever you posted them. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
